7 Minute Workout

Did you know that more strength means more muscle which means your body burns more calories everyday?

Muscle is a large reason that people start gaining weight around age 30. People that don't keep their muscles strong are missing out on the calorie burn that people get when they work out. Your body can burn 1000 calories a day doing nothing when you keep your muscles strong. This results in losing a pound of fat every 3 days.

In March of 2011, Joel Therien showed me an opportunity about exercising. I enjoy staying fit and had to jump in and try it out. 7 Minute Workout is a new type of exercise/strength/weight loss program.  Not only does it work but you can earn money with it too !

I'd love to try this. Being a home based entrepreneur sometimes lead to a sedentary lifestyle. It's really essential to exercise daily to stay physically and mentally fit.

Marc, this program is powerful! I can find time to do a few simple exercises that strengthen my muscles. The rest of the day when I am sitting at the computer, I am burning 100 calories for each pound of muscle on my body. That means you burn 1,000 calories doing nothing if you have 10 pounds of muscle. The great thing is I am daily going for walks in the sunshine and ride my bicycle to go take care of errands. I am in better shape now than I was 20 years ago. You can join for free right now. The masses will be coming in after the first of the year.

Since I work from home I had become very physically inactive, gained weight and lost muscle.  I started 7 minute workout and I'm building muscle, regaining strength in my arms and legs, more energy and just feeling better.  Less stiffness in my body, more flexibility.   I was so bad I started out with 2 lb weights…lol.  Now my 2 1/2 year old grandson plays with them while I'll work out.  I'm on my way to Walmart tomorrow for some heavier weights.

Peace & Health,
Barbara Arbster :-)
